Both technique can enhance the butt by lifting but the differnce between butt implants and brazilian butt lift is that butt implant is where a silicone type of implant(similar to a
breast implant) is inserted through the butt by incision. The implants come in different sizes and shapes. While A "Brazilian" butt lift is a fat transfer from another area to fill
out the butt. It does not give much of an uplift, just more fullness
and it can be combined with an implant and/or a butt lift.
